Shattered Mirror Effect

Using the polygonal lasso tool I selected 3 points to make a triangular selection on the background image. Once it was selected and the marching ants was visible, I used the shortcuts to copy and paste it onto a new layer and used the free transform tool to edit the shape and move it around.
